Easy is to judge the mistakes of others
Difficult is to recognize our own mistakes
Easy is to talk without thinking
Difficult is to refrain the tongue
Easy is to hurt someone who loves us.
Difficult is to heal the wound...
Easy is to forgive others
Difficult is to ask for forgiveness
Easy is to set rules.
Difficult is to follow them...
Easy is to dream every night.
Difficult is to fight for a dream...
[this is something that u have to think of]
Easy is to show victory.
Difficult is to assume defeat with dignity...
Easy is to admire a full moon.
Difficult to see the other side...
Easy is to stumble with a stone.
Difficult is to get up....
Easy is to enjoy life every day.
Difficult to give its real value...
[This is what we have to …]
Easy is to promise something to someone.
Difficult is to fulfill that promise...
Easy is to say we love.
Difficult is to show it every day...
Easy is to criticize others।
Difficult is to improve oneself...
Easy is to make mistakes.
Difficult is to learn from them...
Easy is to weep for a lost love.
Difficult is to take care of it so not to lose it.
Easy is to think about improving.
Difficult is to stop thinking it and put it into action...
[This applies on me…]
Easy is to think bad of others
Difficult is to give them the benefit of the doubt...
Easy is to receive Difficult is to give
[This is what we have to take care for each other…]
Easy to read this Difficult to follow
Easy is keep the friendship with words
Difficult is to keep it with meanings

Two Bananas a Day Keep all Doctors Away....
After reading this, you'll never look at a banana in the same way again....Never put banana in the refrigerator!!!
Bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber. A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes.
But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit.
It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.
Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.
PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.
Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.
Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.
Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.
Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.
Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.
Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.
Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.
Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.
Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.
Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and crisps। Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs। The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady
Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.
Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.
Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.
Smoking & Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium (K) and magnesium (Ma) found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.
Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.
Strokes: According to research in "The New England Journal of Medicine, 'eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!
Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!
So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctor away!"
PS: Bananas must be a reason monkeys are so happy all the time! Shine your shoesJ Take the INSIDE of the banana skin, and rub directly on the shoe...polish with dry cloth.......Shine your face J Mix banana with honey and a bit of lemon juice, make paste, apply on your face (beware of skin allergy- so apply a test doze first), keep for half an hour every day before sun-rise and wash out... and Your face will shine like a fresh banana.... Amazing fruit, really the banana, bringing consolation to the whole humanity........and rather cheap.....So get going...

Where To Tap
Ever heard the story of the giant ship engine that failed? The ship'sowners tried one expert after another, but none of them could figure buthow to fix the engine।Then they brought in an old man who had been fixing ships since he was ayoungster।He carried a large bag of tools with him, and when he arrived, heimmediately went to work। He inspected the engine very carefully, top tobottom।Two of the ship's owners were there, watching this man, hoping he wouldknow what to do। After looking things over, the old man reached into hisbag and pulled out a small hammer।He gently tapped something। Instantly, the engine lurched into life।He carefully put his hammer away। The engine was fixed! A week later, the owners received a bill from the old man for ten thousand dollars। "What?!" the owners exclaimed। " He hardly did anything!" So they wrote the old man a note saying, "Please send us an itemized bill
"The man sent a bill that read:
१-Tapping with a hammer ।$ 2.00
२- Knowing where to ........ $ ९९९८.00

Recession par Poem!
Doobte hue aadmi ne
Pull par chalte hue aadmi ko
Aawaz lagayi "bachao bachao"
Pull par chalte aadmi ne
neeche Rassi fenki aur kaha aaoo...
Nadi mein dobta hua aadmi
Rassi nahi pakad pa raha tha
Rah rah kar chillaa raha tha
Mein marna nahi chahta
Zindagi badi mehengi hai Kal hi to meri ek MNC mein naukri lagi hai
Itna sunte hi pul par chalte Aadmi ne
apni rassi kheench li Aur bhagte bhagte wo MNC gaya
Usne wahan ke HR ko bataya ki
Abhi abhi ek aadmi doobkar mar gaya hai
Aur is tarah aapki company mein Ek jagah khali kar gaya hai...
Mein berozgaar hoon muje le lo...
HR boli dost tumne der kar di,
ab se kuch der Pehle humne us aadmi ko lagaya hai
Jo usse dhakka de kar tumse pehle yahan aaya hai !!!
Massom sa chehra lekar, woh laut ayaa।
"pro-active" na hone ka, usko jhatka ayaa...
Is MNC culture ki Yahi strategy hai॥
Hum toh doobeingey hi doobeingey sanam tumhe bhi le doobeingeeeey...
Usne socha, yeh corporate duniya hai doston...
shayad iss survival of fittest ki race mey....yeh he thi vajeh, berozgaar reh jaane ki.

Gone are the days........but not the memories
Gone are the daysWhen the school reopened in June,And we settled in our new desks and benches.
Gone are the daysWhen we queued up in book depot,And got our new books and notes.
Gone are the daysWhen we wanted two Sundays and no Mondays, yetManaged to line up daily for the morning prayers.
Gone are the daysWhen we chased one another in the corridors in Intervals, And returned to the classrooms drenched in sweat.
Gone are the daysWhen we had lunch in classrooms, corridors,Playgrounds, under the trees and even in cycle sheds.
Gone are the daysWhen a single P.T. period in the week's Time Table, Was awaited more eagerly than the monsoons.
Gone are the daysOf fights but no conspiracies,Of Competitions but seldom jealousy.
Gone are the daysWhen we used to watch Live Cricket telecast,In the opposite house in Intervals and Lunch breaks.
Gone are the daysWhen few rushed at 5:30 to"Conquer" window seats in our School bus.
Gone are the daysOf Sports Day, and the annual School Day, And the one-month long preparations for them.
Gone are the daysOf the stressful Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Exams,And the most enjoyed holidays after them.
Gone are the daysWe learnt, we enjoyed, we played, we won, we lost, We laughed, we cried, we fought, we thought.
Gone are the daysWith so much fun in them, so many friends,So much experience, all this and more.
Gone are the daysBut not the memories, which will beLingering in our hearts for ever and ever andEver and ever and Ever.
I hope you went back to your Golden Old days..........
For a while..........as I DID!!
